摘要
为解决煤矿电网6/10 k V供电系统易发生越级跳闸、故障穿越、扩大停电面积的问题,针对工矿企业常见的多级串供供电网络,以智能变电站为基础,构造煤矿区域集控式智能供电系统。系统间通过GOOSE网络实现信息共享,在此基础上,构造故障识别与隔离系统,对站内信息集中处理、判断,实现多种穿越故障及不正常运行状态的识别与可视化。构造故障矩阵算法实现故障区段的识别,并进一步优化决策算法,探讨GOOSE网络传输关键技术。为智能变电站应用到工矿企业提供了理论分析基础,具有较大的实用价值。
In order to solve the problems of overriding trip, fault crossing and expanding blackout area in 6/10 k V power supply system, in view of the common multistage series power supply in some industrial and mining enterprises, the coal smart power supply system is constructed based on the smart substation. The coal smart power supply systems share information by the GOOSE, and on this basis, fault identification and isolation system is constructed to comprehensively process and estimate and achieve the state identification and visualization of a variety of through-fault and abnormal operating state. Fault matrix algorithm is built to realize the identification of fault section and decision algorithm is further optimized. The relevant GOOSE key technology is discussed. It can provide theoretical basis analysis for the advanced applications of smart substation in industrial and mining enterprises, which has great practical value.
