摘要
针对影响低品位铝土矿柱式分选的重要因素—泡沫层厚度,利用旋流—静态微泡浮选柱开展了半工业试验研究,探究了在"快速浮选—一次粗选—一次精选"工艺下粗选浮选柱和精选浮选柱中泡沫层厚度对浮选效果的影响。研究发现,泡沫层厚度对精选段的影响明显高于对粗选段的影响;粗选最佳泡沫层厚度为45 cm,精选最佳泡沫层厚度为50 cm,且在该泡沫层厚度下获得了A/S为6.36、回收率为77.95%的合格精矿。
The research focuses on the foam layer thickness,an important factor in the separation of low-grade bauxite,basing on the pilot tests with cyclone-static micro bubble flotation column. The research adopt the process"Instant flotation,single-stage roughing and single-stage concentrating",which concentrates on studying the foam layer thickness' s influence on roughing and concentrating. The results show that the foam layer thickness' s has a more significant effect on the results in the roughing than concentrating. After couples of the optimal experiments of foam layer thickness,good floating results were obtained with A/S of6.36 and recovery of 77.95%.
