摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)为主要原料,合成了一系列PUA(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)大单体;然后通过AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)引发大单体聚合,制备了高透明无溶剂型PUA胶粘剂。研究结果表明:PUA胶粘剂的热分解温度均超过250℃、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)不低于68℃;含PEG-400的胶粘剂热稳定性优良、黏度适中且粘接强度良好,并且其固化胶膜透明性较高,可用于玻璃等透明材料的粘接。
With polyethylene glycol(PEG),polypropylene glycol(PPG),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)andβ-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as main raw materials,a series of PUA(polyurethane acrylate)macromonomerswere synthesized. Then a PUA adhesive with high transparent and without solvent was prepared by AIBN(azodiiso-butyronitrile)initiating macromonomer polymerization. The research results showed that the thermal decompositiontemperatures and glass transition temperatures(Tg)of PUA adhesives were all more than 250 ℃ and no less than68 ℃ respectively. The adhesive with PEG- 400 could be used for bonding transparent material such as glassbecause the adhesive had the excellent thermal stability,fitting viscosity and good bonding strength,and its curingfilm had the higher transparency.
