Effects of Synthesis Conditions on the Properties of Hydroxyapatite

摘要 利用湿化学法制备羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HAp),通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征,考察制备过程中p H值调节方式、后续水热处理等条件对HAp晶体性能的影响。结果表明:不同的p H值调节方式下HAp的形成机理不同;所获得的纳米HAp晶体形态随制备条件的不同而改变,由无定型态向针状或柱状转变。 Hydroxyapatite (HAp) was synthesized by means of wet chemical method. The products were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to investigate the effect of pH regulatory style and hydrothermal processing on the properties of HAp crystal. The results show the formation meehanisms of HAp are different under different pH adjustment mode; and the crystal morphology varies with distinct preparation conditions, changed from amorphous state to a needle - like or columnar state.
