摘要
以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶和乙胺为原料合成N-(6-氯-3-吡啶基甲基)-N-乙胺,对其进行中试放大研究。研究表明,减压脱溶过程对产品纯度及收率影响显著,而反应过程影响不大。采用加热均匀、蒸发速度快的升膜蒸发器替代釜式蒸发器可以显著提高产品质量和收率,产品纯度可达93%,收率可达94%。
Production of N - ( 6 - chloro - 3 - pyridyl) methyl - N - ethylamine by 2 - chloro - 5 - chloro methyl pyridine and ethylamine was carried on the pilot plant. Research shows that the vacuum deselventizing process has significant effects on the product purity and yield, but the reaction process has little influence. Due to the uniform heating and rapid evaporation, elimbing film evaporator replace kettle evaporator can signifieantly improve the product quality and yield. The product purity is 93%, the yield can reach 94% in the pilot plant process.
