摘要
目的:对XGD型旋转式伽马刀设备屏蔽门及其部件进行设计,以期使设备运行平稳,安全可靠,故障率小。方法:比较屏蔽门1扇门式设计、窗帘式设计、左右2扇门垂直式旋转设计、上下2扇门水平旋转式设计等几种开门方式及其部件设计的优劣,选择最合适的屏蔽门及其部件设计方案。结果:选用上下2扇门水平式旋转设计,该设计总体布局紧凑,与治疗床的连接易于实现,传动机构简单。结论:合理的屏蔽门运行方式及部件设计,可保证伽马刀设计、安装和调试各个环节的科学、安全、可靠。
Objective To design a rotating shielding door for XGD gamma knife to gain high stability, reliability and low failure rate. Methods Optimal door structure and components were determined by comparing several schemes, involving one-piece structure, curtain-type structure, horizontal-rotating structure with left and right parts, and horizontal-rotating structure with upper and lower parts. Results Horizontal-rotating structure with left and right parts was chosen for compact layout, simple drive mechanism and easy interface with therapy bed. Conclusion Reasonable structure and components of shielding door make gamma knife designed, installed and tested properly.
