摘要
为了解决"风火打捆"孤岛特高压直流输送系统的电压和频率稳定性问题,从双馈型风电机组的运行特性出发,提出了一种针对特高压直流系统的孤岛附加控制策略。该附加控制策略通过系统频率的变化改变特高压直流系统的功率或电流指令,实现系统功率的平衡,提高系统的电压和频率稳定性。最后采用实时数字仿真器RTDS(real time digital simulator)对该系统电压和频率稳定性及所提出的孤岛附加控制策略进行了实验论证。仿真结果表明,该附加控制策略可以明显增强"风火打捆"电源与特高压直流输电系统配合时的整体稳定性。
To solve the stability problems of voltage and frequency of wind-thermal-bundled island model transmitted by UHVDC system,considering with the operating characteristic of doubly-fed wind turbine generators,an island additional control strategy is proposed to the UHVDC system,which changes the power or current order according to the variation of system frequency,thus the power balance of the grid can be implemented to improve the stability of voltage and frequency. Via real-time digital simulator(RTDS),the stability problems of voltage and frequency are demonstrated and the proposed control strategy is verified. Simulation results indicate that the proposed additional control strategy can evidently enhance the global stability when the wind-thermal-bundled power is transmitted with UHVDC system.
