摘要
锅炉NOx排放不能满足最新国家环保要求,原因是排烟温度低,烟气脱硝装置(SCR)在450 MW即退出运行。通过以下4方面运行调整:降低喷氨温度运行、锅炉降NOx燃烧调整、燃煤掺烧、减少省煤器吹灰次数,使SCR在300 MW投入,锅炉NOx排放月平均浓度<100 mg/Nm3、小时平均浓度<300 mg/Nm3、脱硝投运率>90%,满足国家环保要求,并着重分析了影响NOx的主要因素。
The SCR run out at 450 MW load because the boiler discharge gas temperature is low. The boiler NOxdischarge can not meet the requirement of the newest national environmental protection. The following adjustment is made: reducing the SCR NH4 spray temperature,combustion adjustment of reducing boiler NOxdischarge,coal blending combustion,reducing the economizer blowing.The SCR is applied to 300 MW and the boiler emissions monthly average concentration 100 mg / Nm3,the hourly average concentration 300 mg / Nm3,SCR operation rate 90%,meeting the requirement of national environmental protection. And analysis concerning main influence factors of NOxis made.
