摘要
以首秦4 300 mm宽厚板生产线为例,介绍高压水除磷系统的设计方案,对供水能力进行计算,同时针对在实际生产过程中存在的问题,提出可行的改造方案,给出改造后除磷泵设备的工艺参数及各用水点的压力和流量,最后进行提高系统压力后供水能力核算,验证改造方案的可行性。结果表明,在不改变系统电机容量的前提下,通过改进喷嘴结构和增加除鳞泵的级数可以提高系统的压力,并进一步优化除磷效果。
Based on a 4 300 mm plate rolling line of Shouqin,the design alternative of highpressure water descaling system was introduced,and the water supply capacity was checked. Reform scheme was given after referencing other similar project according to the problem in the production,the process parameter of descaling pump,pressure and flow of the water was given. The water supply capacity after working pressure rising was calculated to check the feasibility of reform scheme. The results showed that improving the spray nozzle structure and increasing the descaling pump grade except changing the electric engine capacity could raise the system pressure and optimize the descaling effect.
