摘要 换流阀是高压直流输电工程的核心设备,是实现交直流电能转换的核心功能单元。为换流阀配备的冷却系统的稳定运行是换流阀安全稳定运行的必要前提和坚实基础。文中在控制系统理论研究的基础上,对换流阀水冷系统的加热器、换流阀建立数学模型,并根据数学模型搭建整个系统的MATLAB仿真模型。研究了换流阀水冷系统中PID控制技术,建立整个换流阀水冷系统的闭环模型。并采用阶跃响应法求取PID参数,对整个系统进行PID控制仿真分析,仿真结果证明PID温度控制方法有效可靠,能够满足系统温度控制要求。 The converter valve is the core equipment of high voltage direct current( HVDC) project,is the key unit of realizing the function of AC / DC power conversion. The safe and stable operation of valve cooling system equipped with the converter is the necessary precondition and solid foundation for the stable operation of the converter valve. On the basis of theoretical study of controlling system,this paper established the mathematical model of heater,converter valve,which are based on converter valve cooling technology control system. And according to the mathematical model,it builds the MATLAB simulation model of the whole system. It analyzes the PID control technology of converter valve water cooling system,sets up the whole closed-loop model of converter valve water cooling system. The step response method is used to calculate the PID parameters,it presents the PID control simulation of the whole system,the simulation results proved that the PID temperature control method is effective and reliable,can meet the requirements of temperature control system.
