基于ARCS学习动机模式对“民考汉”学生经济法教学改革的探讨

摘要 经济法课程的理论性和实践性很强,而法律条文比较抽象,特别是对于新疆地区"民考汉"学生来说,时常存在理解和应用上的困难。为了使学生对经济法感兴趣,增强学生对法律的理解、应用能力,教师应结合ARCS学习动机模式,通过积极开展案例讨论教学,适当增加情境模拟教学、创造条件强化实践教学、改革考试评价方式等进行经济法教学改革,使学生参与多样化的教学活动来完成理论学习、实践训练,从而提升学生的综合能力。 Economy Law is both theoretical and practical, and legal provisions are abstract, especially for the "Min Kao Han" students in Xinjiang (ethnic students who take entrance examination of Chinese papers), who often have difficulties in understanding and applying them. In order to make students be more interested in the course and improve their ability of understanding and application, teachers should develop teaching reform through discussing cases, increasing situational simulation teaching, creating conditions to strengthen the practice-teaching, and reforming the examination methods, in combination with ARCS Motivation Model to enhance their comprehensive ability.
