摘要
采用"干法-湿法"球磨工艺制备了纳米坡缕石材料,针对纳米材料易于团聚的特点,使用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)进行了原位修饰。将修饰的纳米坡缕石对酚醛树脂(PF)进行改性,考察了不同温度条件下复合摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能。透射电镜(TEM)结果表明,通过原位修饰"干法-湿法"制备的纳米坡缕石在溶液中均匀分散;采用热分析仪对改性树脂进行了热失重(TG)分析,修饰的纳米坡缕石改性树脂(MP-PF)具有较高的抗热衰退能力;摩擦磨损实验表明,MP-PF复合摩擦材料提高了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。
This paper has prepared nano-palygorskite by using "dry-wet" ball-milling technology. In consideration of aggregate characteristics of nano-palygorskite particle, an in-situ modification was used by silane coupling agent. That nano-palygorskite particle was then modified phenolic resin(PF) for preparing composite friction material. Friction and wear properties was investigated under different temperatures. The results of transmission electron microscope show that in-situ modification nano-palygorskite(MP) has good dispersibility. Thermal analyser tests indicate that MP-PF has high heat-resistant performance. Friction and wear experiments show that MP-PF composite friction material is possessed of good friction and wear behavior.
