摘要
目的:探讨TIP30、EGFR在HER-2阳性乳腺癌诊疗中的价值。方法:选取行手术切除治疗的64例HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化法分析患者乳腺癌组织TIP30、EGFR表达情况,并对数据进行分析。结果:共有37例HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者TIP30阳性表达,阳性率为57.81%,且TIP30阳性表达与患者的年龄、病理类型、转移部位数、TNM分型均无明显相关性(P>0.05),仅与ECOG PS评分显著相关(P=0.000);共有17例HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者EGFR阳性表达,阳性率为26.56%,且EGFR阳性表达与患者的年龄、病理类型、转移部位数及ECOG PS评分均无明显相关性(P>0.05),仅与TNM分型显著相关(P=0.014)。HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者无进展生存期(PFS)与TIP30、ECOG PS评分、TNM分型显著相关(P<0.05),HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者预后独立危险因素包括TIP30阳性、ECOG PS评分为2分、TNM分型为Ⅲ期(P<0.05)。TIP30与EGFR在HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者中的表达呈明显负相关性(r=-0.341,P=0.014)。结论:TIP30阳性是HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者PFS的一个独立预测因素,且TIP30与EGFR在HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者中的表达呈明显负相关性。
Objective: To explore the values of TIP30 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in diagnosis and treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ( HER - 2) positive breast cancer patients. Methods : Sixty - four patients with HER - 2 positive breast cancer after resection of breast cancer were selected as study objects, immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the expressions of TIP30 and EGFR in breast cancer, the data was analyzed. Results: Among HER -2 positive breast cancer patients, 37 patients.were found with positive TIP30, the positive rate was 57.81% , positive expression of TIP30 was not related to age, pathological types, number of metastatic sites, and TNM classification ( P 〉 0. 05 ), which was significantly correlated with ECOG PS score ( P = 0. 000) ; among HER - 2 positive breast cancer patients, 17 patients were found with positive EGFR, the positive rate was 26. 56%, positive expression of EGFR was not related to age, pathological types, number of metastatic sites, and ECOG PS score (P 〉 0. 05), which was significantly correlated with TNM classification (P = 0. 014) . Progression free survival (PFS) of HER -2 positive breast cancer patients was significantly correlated with TIP30, ECOG PS score, and TNM classification (P 〈 0.05) . The independent risk factors of prognosis of HER - 2 positive breast cancer patients included positive TIP30, ECOG PS (2 points) , and stage m of TNM classification ( P 〈 0.05 ) . TIP30 expression was significantly negatively correlated with EGFR expression among HER -2 positive breast cancer patients (r = -0. 341, P = 0. 014) . Conclusion: Positive TIP30 is an independent predictor of HER - 2 positive breast cancer patients with PFS, TIP30 expression is significantly negatively correlated with EGFR expression among these patients.
