摘要
以中华鳖幼鳖为研究对象,研究了急性冷应激对中华鳖幼鳖内源Vc合成能力和不同组织Vc含量的影响。在水温(29±1)℃条件下,用不添加Vc的基础饲料对中华鳖幼鳖(体重(206.31±28.33)g)进行投喂,驯化3周后开始急性冷应激试验,应激条件为(13±0.7)℃,6 h。结果表明,幼鳖在急性冷应激6 h后GLO活力较冷应激前有所升高,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。冷应激前后肝脏组织Vc含量与脑组织Vc含量均未发生显著变化。此外,雌性幼鳖与雄性幼鳖的GLO活力存在较大差异,但由于样本量偏少,尚不能断定是否确实存在这种性别差异。急性冷应激对幼鳖的Vc合成能力具有一定的促进作用,对肝脏组织Vc含量与脑组织Vc含量没有显著影响。
The effect of acute cold stress on biosynthesis of Vc and tissue Vc concentration in juvenile Pelodiscus sinensis was investigated. The juvenile P. sinensis( 206. 31 g ± 28. 33 g) were fed with basal diet under 29 ℃ ± 1 ℃. After 3 weeks,the acute cold stress was carried out.Stress condition: 13 ℃ ± 0. 7 ℃,6 h. The results showed that GLO activity elevated to some extent,but not significantly( P 0. 05). Liver and brain Vc concentration did not change obviously. In addition,there seemed a sexual difference of GLO activity in juvenile P. sinensis,which could not confirmed due to un-enough samples. The acute cold stress on biosynthesis of Vc has a role in promoting in juvenile P. sinensis,but there was no significant effect on the liver and brain tissue Vc concentration.
