摘要
目的优选六味地黄生物制剂最佳醇沉工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以丹皮酚含量、多糖含量及浸膏得率为指标,考察六味地黄生物制剂的药液浓度、醇沉浓度、醇沉时间对醇沉工艺的影响,对试验结果进行综合评分。结果最佳醇沉工艺为:药液浓度为0.25g/ml,在温度为25℃时加入适量的乙醇使含醇量为65%,醇沉24 h。结论优化的醇沉工艺稳定可行,保证六味地黄生物制剂质量稳定可控。
Objective To optimize the alcohol precipitation technology for LW- PSB. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted,taking the contents of paeonol and polysaccharide and the extract yield as index and the influences on alcohol precipitation technology of liquid concentration,alcohol precipitation concentration and alcohol precipitation time of LW- PSB were investigated,and were analyzed by multi- index comprehensive scoring method. Results The optimal alcohol precipitation technology was as follows: the liquid concentration was 0. 25g·ml- 1,precipitation in 65 % of aqueous alcohol for 24 h. Conclusion The optimized alcohol precipitation process is stable,and ensures the quality stable and controllable of LW- PSB.
