摘要
在传统的铁道车辆转向架构架设计领域,构架变型设计时的变化不仅体现在结构尺寸上,其拓扑结构也随之发生变化.基于可拓思想,建立构架的可拓模型,提出一种基于可拓模型的构架变型设计方法.首先描述构架的物元和关系元模型,建立其可拓模型,并以有序三元组形式表达构架模块数据,通过可拓变换方法对构架进行变型设计.以某型车转向架构架的变型设计为例验证了方法的可行性.
In the traditional design of railway vehicle bogie frame,the change of architecture variant design is not only reflected in the structure size,but also in the topology.By introducing the extension theory,the extension model of bogie frame is established and the variant design method of bogie frame based on extension model is proposed.Firstly,the matter-element model and the relation-element model of bogie frame are described and the extension model is established.And the model data is expressed in the form of ordered three-dimensional group.Secondly,the extension variant design for bogie frame is conducted by the extension transformation method based on the extension model established.Finally,the correctness of the method is verified by taking the variant design of a railway vehicle bogie frame as an example.This method can be applied to the variant design of the similar complex product.
