摘要
为了分析高速电主轴的动态和热态特性,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW的高速电主轴振动和温度数据采集系统。该系统主要由压电式加速度传感器、一体化温度传感器、数据采集卡、变频器和计算机组成,使用Lab VIEW2009虚拟仪器开发平台,实现了高速电主轴运行中振动和温度信号的实时采集处理、波形显示以及信号存储。
To analyze the dynamic characteristics and hot state characteristics of high speed motorized spindle,a set of vibration and temperature data acquisition system of high-speed motorized spindle based on Lab VIEW was designed. The system is mainly composed of piezoelectric acceleration sensor,integrated temperature sensor,data acquisition card,frequency converter and computer,meanwhile use Lab VIEW2009 virtual instrument development platform,and it can realize the high speed motorized spindle vibration and temperature signals in the operation of the real time acquisition and processing,signal waveform display and storage.
