摘要
目的探讨病例为基础的教学结合医学模拟教学在临床麻醉学教学中的效果。方法选取2010级麻醉学系本科生134名,随机分为CM组(n=67)和C组(n=67)两组,对两组学生分别实行CBL结合MST教学和单纯CBL教学,并对教学效果进行主观与客观评价。结果 CM组学生客观试题成绩明显优于C组(P<0.05),主观调查评价较C组高(P<0.05)。结论 CBL结合MST与单纯CBL相比,更能提高学生综合素质,提高教学效果,有助于学生从理论知识学习向临床思维与技能学习的顺利过渡,使之可以更迅速适应与投入临床实习工作。
Objectives To investigate the effects of case-based learning with medical simulation in the teaching of clinical anesthesiology. Methods 134 students from the 2010 grade of anesthesiology department were randomly divided into 2 groups:the CM group(n=67)and the C group(n=67).then conducted case-based learning combined with medical simulation teaching in CM group while merely case-based learning in C group. and the teaching effects were evaluated subjectively and objectively. Results Students in the CM group acquired higher scores in objective test(P〈0.05) and were more satisfied with the teaching subjectively(P〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with merely CBL. the method of CBL combined with MST tend to improve the comprehensive quality and teaching quality of the students. which is helpful for the smooth transition from theory knowledge clinical thought and ability learning of the students. thus they could adapt to the clinical practice work more quickly.
