白癜风患者血清甲状腺自身抗体水平观察被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨白癜风患者血清甲状腺自身抗体的水平。方法:选取我院2013年5月-2014年5月的45例白癜风患者为观察组;选取45例年龄性别匹配的正常人为对照组。比较两组的甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)水平。结果:观察组TPOAb阳性率22.22%明显高于对照组4.44%,P<0.05,且观察组TRAb阳性率17.78%也明显高于对照组2.22%,P<0.05。观察组中女性TPOAb阳性率和TRAb阳性率均远高于男性。结论:白癜风患者甲状腺自身抗体远高于正常人,即白癜风患者有很大可能患上甲状腺疾病,因此建议患者定期到医院做甲状腺功能和自身抗体的检查。
