摘要
宝钢湛江钢铁基地位于广东省湛江市东海岛,属于湿热海洋大气环境,在这种环境下的空气潮湿且含有氯离子,钢铁表面很容易产生锈蚀。探讨湿度、氯离子、二氧化硫等对钢铁在大气腐蚀过程中的作用。经研究发现,二氧化硫对钢铁在大气腐蚀初期影响较大,氯离子是钢铁长期受大气腐蚀影响的主要因素,干湿交替则会加速腐蚀过程。
Zhanjiang Iron Steel base is located on East Ocean island,Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province,which belongs to the hot and humid marine atmospheric environment. In this environment,the air is moist and contains chloride ions. As a result,the steel tends to rust.Humidity,chloride,sulfur dioxide and other factors having a great impact on the steel corrosion are considered,and the roles played in the atmospheric corrosion processes are discussed. It is shown that sulfur dioxide has great influence on the atmospheric corrosion in the initial stage,while the chloride ion is the main factor affecting the long-term atmospheric corrosion of steels,and wet-dry cycles accelerate the corrosion process.
