摘要
采用有限元法建立1450mm六辊UCM轧机辊系变形模型,计算出弯辊力变化对轧辊辊缝形状的影响。结果表明,中间辊弯辊与工作辊弯辊都对辊缝形状有影响,工作辊弯辊对辊缝形状成正比变化。
The deformation model of rolls system for 1450 mm 6-roll UCM mill was made by finite element method. With this model, the influence of roll bending force on the shape of roll gap was calculated. The results show that work roll bending and intermediate roll bending have influence on the shape of roll gap, work roll bending have directly proportional to the shape of roll gap.
