摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定油类和水类化妆品中21种邻苯二甲酸酯含量的方法。采用不同有机溶剂提取的方式对样品进行净化处理,在以甲基(5%苯基)聚硅氧烷为固定相的DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30 m×250 mm×0.25μm)中进行气相色谱分离,选取3种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的同位素作为内标,用质谱法进行测定。结果发现:21种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性质量浓度范围为0.01~10μg/mL,相关系数r〉0.999,检测限为0.02~0.68 mg/kg,平均回收率(n=9)为94.8%~103.7%。
A GC-MS method was established for the determination of 21 phthalate acid esters in oily cosmetic and aquatic lotion. After being extracted by n-hexane or acetonitrile,21 phthalate acid esters were analyzed by GC-MS with three isotopes as internal standard.The column was DB-5MS( 30 m × 250 mm × 0. 25 μm). The results showed that calibration curves of 21 phthalate acid esters were linear in the range of 0. 01-10 μg / mL,the detection limit ranged from 0. 02 to 0. 68 mg / kg. The average recoveries were 94. 8% to103. 7%( n = 9).
