摘要
为提高除尘剂的使用效率,结合田陈煤矿井下实际情况,对可服务于整个采区的除尘剂集中自动添加装置进行了研发。根据除尘剂集中自动添加的功能要求,并在研究人机功能以及通讯协议的基础上,设计了除尘剂添加系统的前馈-反馈复合控制系统和实施方案,最终形成服务于采区的新型除尘剂集中自动添加技术工艺,有效保障了水与除尘剂更加均匀混合,并实现自动添加,经现场应用后,降尘效果十分明显。
To improve the efficiency of the use of dedusting agent, the paper developed the centralized automatic controlled apparatus of dedusting agent for whole mining area in combination with the practical situation of Tianchen mine. According to the functional requirements of apparatus, the paper designed the feedforward and feedback composite control system and implementation plan of adding system on the basis of man-machine function and the communication protocol. And eventually a new type of the centralized automatic controlled technology was formed. The apparatus ensured to mixed more uniform between the water with dedusting agent, and realizes automatic add agent. After field application, better dust suppression effect was obtained.
