摘要
目的:通过对杭州市老年人老年护理服务需求现状调查,为完善老年护理工作提供策略和依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对杭州市1 503名老年人的老年护理服务的需求情况进行现场调查。结果:杭州市1 503位老年人的生活满意度(31.67%)和健康满意度(20.89%)总体评价较高,对健康的满意度比对生活的满意度更低(10.78%);居家养老仍是老年人的主要选择,占87.43%,赴老年关怀医院的意愿率为55.49%,而目前希望住养老机构的老年人仅占11.91%;老年人希望提供的社区服务需求主要有健康咨询(76.25%)、家庭护理(73.19%)、家庭康复(68.66%)、帮助配药(68.60%)、电话探访(64.07%)等,但对社区所提供服务的满意度仅为29.47%。结论:应加大投入建设医养护一体服务机构,积极宣传改变老人养老观念,推进老年护理事业的发展。
Objective To learn about the demand of the aged care service in Gongshu District of Hangzhou, and to provide scientific proof for government policy implementation that promotes the aged care service. Methods We analyzed the demand status of the aged care service in Gongshu District among 1503 elderly people by field investigation. Re- sultsThe life satisfaction （31.67%） and health satisfaction （20.89%） among 1503 elderly people were high. The home --based care was the main choice of elderly people （87.43%）. The willingness rate of going to the aged care hospital was 55.49 %, while the willingness rate of living in a nursing home was only 11.91%. The aged wanted more communi- ty services, including health consultation （76.25% ）, home nursing （73. 19 % ）, home rehabilitation （68.66% ）, help in filling a prescription （68.60 %）, and phone visit （64.07 % ）. But the satisfaction degree of community services provided was just 29.47%. Conclusions The authority should increase the input in building more nursing homes, energetically make propaganda to change the idea of elderly people and promote the development of the aged care service.
