摘要
研究了不同掺量的聚烯烃粗纤维混凝土的力学性能和变形性能,并与普通混凝土和钢纤维混凝土进行比较.结果表明,掺一定量的聚烯烃粗纤维能有效改善混凝土的弯曲韧性、抗冲击性及抗撞磨性,甚至优于同体积掺量的钢纤维混凝土.但掺聚烯烃纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量均稍低于普通混凝土,即使增加聚烯烃纤维的掺量也不能提高其力学性能.聚烯烃纤维对混凝土的干燥收缩的影响与掺量有关.
The mechanical properties and deformation performance of concrete with the different content of coarse polyolefin fiber were researched by comparing with ordinary concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC). The results show that the flexural toughness, impact resistance and resistance to abrasion of concrete can be improved when mixing with a certain amount of coarse polyolefin fiber. The results are even better than that of SFRC with the same volume fraction. But the compressive strength, the flexural strength splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete mixed with polyolefin fibers, were slightly lower than that of ordinary concrete, even if with the increased content of polyolefin fibers, the mechanical properties cannot be improved. Effect of drying shrinkage of the concrete with polyolefin fiber on concrete is linked to the fiber content.
