摘要
针对科技查新高峰期的困境建立查新员任务分流应急工作模式,让学生助理和课题联系人参与查新,介绍该模式的主要内容和应用效果。实践证明此工作模式在查新高峰期可缓解查新员工作压力,在保证查新质量的前提下加快查新进程。
According to the practice of novelty assessment in the peak stage,an emergency work mode based on task distributary was established.The student assistant and project contact person are involved in novelty assessment work,the main contents and application effect are introduces.Practices show that this work mode could alleviate the work pressure in the peak stage,accelerate the process on the premise of ensuring the quality.
