细节管理在外科护理中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨细节管理在外科护理中的应用效果。方法:将2013年1月~2014年1月在海宁市第二人民医院外科治疗的108例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予细节管理。比较两组的患者满意度、感染和压疮发生率、护理质量评分、疼痛评分、投诉率和护理差错发生率。结果:实验组的患者满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);感染发生率和压疮发生率较对照组患者明显降低(P〈0.05);护理质量评分明显高于对照组,疼痛评分较对照组明显降低(P〈0.05);投诉率和护理差错率较对照组患者明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论:针对外科患者采用细节管理,可提高患者满意度,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理质量,缓解患者疼痛,降低投诉和护理差错发生率。
