摘要
利用塑性成形软件DEFORM-3D建立了轮毂的有限元模型,并对该模型的旋压成形过程进行了分析。根据不同参数模拟后得到的旋压力、等效应力、等效应变的数据分析了进给速度和主轴转速对旋压成形过程的影响,为旋压成形工艺的进一步研究和参数优化提供理论依据。
The finite element model of the wheel hub was established by using the plastic tormlng sottware DEFORM-3D.The spinning forming process of the model was analyzed. According to data of spinning pressure, equivalent stress and equivalent strain obtained by the different parameters simulation, the influences of feeding speed and spindle speed on the spinning forming process were analyzed, which can provide a theoretical basis for further research and parameters optimization of spinning forming process.
