摘要
从超声波影响金属凝固的原理讨论超声振动对沉积层组织及性能的影响。根据等离子成形特点,提出了一种等离子超声复合装置设计方案,并总结等离子沉积成形技术遇到的关键问题。
The influences of ultrasonic vibration on microstructure and properties of sedimentary microstructure from the ultrasonic effect on the principle of metal solidification were discussed. A plasma compound ultrasonic device was put forward according to the characteristics of plasma forming. The key problems were summarized by plasma deposition technology.
