Robotic surgery in China's Mainland:a bibliometric study

摘要 目的对国内期刊公开发表的机器人手术相关文献进行统计分析,旨在总结近10年来我国手术机器人的应用及发展现状。方法对2004年1月至2013年12月国内期刊公开发表的关于机器人手术的文献进行检索,统计文献的年份分布、文献类型、发表期刊、作者、学科、发表单位、地区、机器人类型等并进行文献计量学分析。结果共检索机器人手术/外科相关文献361篇,呈逐年递增趋势。发表机器人手术文献的单位共78个,分布在中国大陆共25个省市自治区,发表文献涉及几乎外科所有领域,发表文献的类型绝大多数为临床经验及综述,达芬奇手术机器人相关研究占大多数(78.0%)。结论近10年来,我国机器人手术相关研究取得了迅速发展,仍需积极努力。 Objective To systematically analyze the domestic articles about robotic surgery/ operation and summarize the application and current development situation in China's Mainland in recent ten years. Methods Literatures on robotic surgery/operation published from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2013 were identified in domestic literature database. The analytic items of an article include published year, publication type, journal, author, subject, institution, district and robotic type. The data were statistically analyzed by Excel 2007 software with literature metrology method. Results Totally 361 articles related in robotic surgery/operation were included in the study, and the number of published articles were increasing year by year. The institutions published literature in a total of 78 distributed 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China's Mainland. These literatures were related to almost all the fields of surgery, which the vast majority in type were clinical experience and review. Da Vinci operation robotic system related research accounted for the majority (78.0%) in the articles related in clinic or basic research. Conclusions In recent ten years, the robotic surgery research in China's Mainland has achieved rapid developments, but more efforts are still needed in the future.
