摘要
为了提高某药筒筒底零件的材料利用率,在分析其成形工艺和数值模拟的基础上,提出了新工艺,并对其中关键工艺参数进行了优化。实验验证了工艺的可行性。
In order to improve material utilization rate of cartridge barrel bottom, on the basis of analyzing its forming process and numerical simulation, a new technology was presented. And the key process parameters were optimized. The feasibility of the technology was verified by the experiment.
