摘要
通过对低碳钢对接接头残余角变形量进行数据采集,得到了残余焊接角变形量与不同刚性约束时间的关系曲线,并进行了分析。认为:在焊接过程中,刚性约束对减小残余角变形量效果明显;随着刚性约束时间的增加,焊接残余角变形量明显减小;当焊接电弧熄灭后,继续增加刚性约束时间对减小残余角变形量没有明显效果。
The data collections of residual angular distortion of butt joint of low-carbon steel were carried out. The relation curve between residual angular distortion and different time of rigid constraint was obtained. The results show that the influence of rigid constraint on the reduced residual angular distortion is obvious in the process of welding. With the increase of constraints time, the welding residual distortion decreases. When the welding arc is extinguished, the residual angular distortion does not change much if continuing to increase the time of rigid constraint.
