摘要
目的:探讨自行研制的跟骨载距突镙钉导向器,辅助固定跟骨载距突的准确性.方法:成人新鲜防腐足部标本30例.2.5mm克氏针,沿跟骨载距突镙钉导向器植入载距突内,每足1根,观察克氏针植入载距突情况.结果:在植入载距突的30根克氏针中,其中1枚穿过载距突前下,29枚均从载距突的中间通过,精确率达96.7%.结论:载距突镙钉导向器,能明显提高克氏针从载距突中间通过的准确性,减少载距突镙钉位置偏差导致人为医源性并发症的发生.
Objective: To discuss the accuracy of the self-manufactured director of the calcaneous sustentaculum tali screw for the fixation of the calcaneous sustentaculum tali. Methods: 30 antiseptic and fresh feet specimens were collected for this study. The director was placed on the lateral side of the calcaneous and a 2.5 mm Kirsehner-wire was implanted into each of the specimen from the lateral side of the calcaneous to the sustentaculum tali according to the angle designed by the director. A 2. g mm Kirsehner-wire was implanted into a specimen, and the position of the Kirschner-wire in each calcaneous sustentaculum tail was observed. Results : All of the 30 Kirschner-wires were implanted into the calcaneous sustentaculum taIi and 29 Kirschner-wires were passed through the middle of the sustentaculum tali, however, 1 Kirschner-wire was passed through the anteroinferior of the sustentaculum tali. The accuracy rate of the calcaneous sustentaculum tali screw fixation by this director was 96.7%. Conclusion= The self-manufactured director of the calcaneous sustentaculum tali screw can significantly improve the accuracy of the Kirschner-wire passing through the middle of the sustentaculum tali, which can reduce the artificial iatrogenic complications arising from position deviation of the sustentaculum tali screw.
