摘要
穿山甲是传统中医临床用药的重要来源,是生态、经济、科研价值极高的陆生野生动物。甲片含有包括人体所必须氨基酸在内的16种氨基酸和18种微量元素,具有解毒、活血、止痛、消肿、生肌、益精髓等功效。现代药理表明甲片具有减低血液黏度,延长凝血时间,升高白细胞,消肿排痈等药理作用。临床用于治疗妇科疾病、前列腺疾病、儿科疾病均有较好疗效。本文对甲片的炮制方法,穿山甲的养殖现状和资源保护等情况进行了讨论,为今后在合理利用、保护野生资源以及实现中药现代化等提供参考。
Pangolin is an important resource of traditional Chinese medicine, and it has high value of ecology, economy and scientific research of terrestrial wild animals. Its nail plate contains 16 amino acids including essential amino acid, 18 trace elements, and possesses functions of detoxification, blood circulation, pain-reliving. Modem pharmacology showed that nail plate reduces blood viscosity, prolongs clotting time, elevates white blood cell. It is used clinically for the treatment of gynecological, prostate, pediatric diseases. The paper summarizes processing method of the nail, animal breeding and resource protection, with the purpose of providing scientific basis for the reasonable utilization, protection of wild resources, and the modernization for TCM.
