摘要
通过研究近10年有关三氧化二砷(As2O3)治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的相关文献,笔者综述了As2O3具有抑制RA的滑膜炎症,诱导RA的滑膜细胞凋亡,减轻RA的骨关节损伤等作用,并提出了As2O3治疗RA时,对其剂量的大小,用药方式的选择以及体内蓄积产生的毒副作用等应进一步探索的建议。
Having studied the relevant literatures on arsenic trioxide （As2O3 ） used fro the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） in the past 10 years, the paper summarized the effects of As2O3 in terms of inhibiting synovitis, inducing the apoptosis of synovial cell of RA and reducing the joint damage caused by RA. On this basis the author has proposed that in the study of using As2O3 for the treatment RA, questions such as the size of the dose, ways of using medication and the side effects caused by the accumulation of As2O3should be further explored.
