摘要 目的探讨责任制护理教学模式在实习护生中的应用效果。方法选择2012年12月-2014年6月广东省阳江市人民医院骨一科实习护生92名为观察组,老师采用责任制带教模式进行带教;选择同期肿瘤科实习护生89名为对照组,老师带教实行功能制带教模式,比较两组护生转科前理论、操作、病情观察、思维能力、病历书写、健康教育、沟通能力、患者满意度及综合表现等方面考核结果。结果转科后观察组护生基础理论、操作技能、病情观察、思维能力、病历书写、健康宣教、沟通能力、患者满意度及综合表现均高于对照组[观察组:(8.92±0.36)、(8.64±0.27)、(9.38±0.16)、(8.22±0.48)、(9.11±0.17)、(8.52±0.24)、(9.15±0.42)、(8.41±0.18)、(19.03±0.63)分,对照组:(7.04±0.17)、(6.87±0.38)、(7.13±0.27)、(6.81±0.32)、(7.84±0.26)、(6.71±0.28)、(6.74±0.14)、(5.63±0.82)、(17.17±1.11)分],差异均有高度统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论在实习护生中应用责任制护理带教模式能使护生掌握更多的临床理论知识及操作技能,提高护生临床工作能力,增加患者满意度,有效提高护理教学质量。 Objective To discuss the practical application effect of responsibility system of nursing teaching mode on student nurses. Methods 92 probationers of Orthopedics Department in the People′ s Hospital of Yangjiang City from December 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group, which was led by their leading teacher under the teaching model; while 89 practice nurses of Oncology Department were selected as the control group over the same period, under implementation of teaching of functional model. Before the change in their departments, the assessment results of nursing theory, operation, observation, thinking ability, communication skills, health education, ability in writing medical records, patients′ satisfaction and their comprehensive performance in the two groups were compared. Results The basic theory of nursing, technical skills, observation, thinking ability, medical records, health education, communication skills, patients′ satisfaction and comprehensive performance in the observation group were higher than those of the control group [the observation group:(8.92 ±0.36),(8.64 ±0.27),(9.38 ±0.16),(8.22 ±0.48),(9.11 ±0.17),(8.52 ±0.24),(9.15 ±0.42),(8.41 ±0.18),(19.03 ±0.63) scores, the control group:(7.04 ±0.17),(6.87 ±0.38),(7.13 ±0.27),(6.81 ±0.32),(7.84±0.26),(6.71±0.28),(6.74±0.14),(5.63±0.82),(17.17±1.11) scores], with statistically significant differences(all P〈0.01). Conclusion Student nurses in primary nursing teaching mode can acquire more clinical knowledge and skills,which improves heir clinical ability, with more patients′ satisfaction, and effectively improves the quality of the whole nursing education.
