摘要
肥胖症的手术治疗逐渐受到重视,减重手术的机制尚不明确,临床实践中手术方式较多。本文简要概述减重手术的历史演变、探讨减重手术的机制以及合理选择减重术式,旨在提高手术安全性、减少手术并发症切实提高临床减重效果。
The bariatirc surgery has attracted wide attention. While the etiology of obesity and the mechanisms of bariatric surgery are still unclear, which lead to different clinical surgery procedures. This review describes the historical evolution and the mechanisms of bariatric surgery, which can help to choose the appropriate operative procedures to increase the operative safety, reduce operative complications, and improve the effects of bariatric surgery.
