摘要
农民工在城镇化建设中起到不可磨灭的作用,但他们却没能享受到与市民同等的社会福利待遇,尤其是针对农民工的社会养老保险政策尚不完善。该文根据福州市建新镇农民工参保情况所做的调查资料,建立相应的数据模型,对农民工参保情况的影响因素进行统计分析,发现影响农民工参保的自身因素中主要有个体特征、就业情况、对社会养老保险政策的认知以及对未来养老保险的预期和风险意识五个维度。有鉴于此,需要从户籍改革、宣传力度、职业培训、养老保险关系转移等方面的完善来逐步提高农民工的参保意识。
Peasant-workers play an indelible role in the urbanization, but they cannot enjoy the same social benefits with the citizen, especially, the social old-age insurance policies are not perfect. This paper takes Jianxin Town of Fuzhou as an example, discussed the influence factors affecting peasant-workers＇ participating in social old-age insurance by using the data model. The results show that the factors affecting peasant-workers＇ participating in social oldage insurance include the personal feature, the employment status, the cognition to the policies of social old-age insurance, the expectation and the risk awareness to the social old-age insurance. Based on these views, this paper put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the awareness on peasant-workers＇ participating in social old-age insurance from the aspects such as household registration reform, professional training, endowment insurance relations transfer, etc.
