摘要
在江西省根肿病区采集106份样土测定土壤p H值,调查田间根肿病病情;结合人工接种与土壤p H值调节试验,研究土壤p H值与根肿病之间的关系。结果表明:土壤p H值分布区域主要在4.0~7.0,占所测土样的94.3%;田间根肿病情以土壤p H值4.5~6.5相对较重。人工接种试验土壤p H值与根肿病关系密切,适宜根肿病发生的土壤p H值区域为4.0~6.5,最适区域为4.5~5.5。调节土壤p H值至6.5以上,在相同背景条件下病情减轻。施用石灰调高土壤p H值,减轻或抑制根肿病发生。每667 m2石灰的适宜用量75~100 kg,用量过大,可导致作物生长不良。
The purpose of this study was to make clear the relationship between the p H value of soil and the outbreak of clubroot.106 soil samples were collected from the infected patches of clubroot in Jiangxi Province,their p H values were measured and the incidence of clubroot in these areas was investigated.Meanwhile,the infectional experiment of clubroot in different p H conditions was carried out. As a result,the p H values of soil samples were mostly distributed between 4.0 and 7.0,and the samples with these p H values accounted for94.3% of all the samples.According to the field investigation result,when the p H of soil was 4.5-6.5,the incidence of clubroot was high.The result of the infectional experiment also confirmed that clubroot happened seriously when the soil p H was 4.0-6.5,especially when it was 4.5-5.5.If the soil p H value was adjusted over 6.5,clubroot would be lightened under the same condition.Spreading lime could raise soil p H,depress or inhibit the incidence of clubroot.The suitable concentration of lime was 75-100 kg in 667 m2,overabundance would make crops grow badly.
