摘要
建立了顶空-气质联用(HS-GC/MS)法,对烟用纸中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)残留量进行测试。利用顶空技术对样品进行前处理,并与气相色谱质谱(GC/MS)联用,用离子选择对20种挥发性有机物进行了定量分析。该方法线性关系良好,20种挥发性有机物的相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.001~0.008 mg/m2,20种挥发性有机物的回收率为90.18%~101.21%,相对标准偏差小于4%。该方法简便、快速、重复性好、定性定量准确,适于烟用纸中挥发性有机化合物的检测。
A headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method was established to determine 20 kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in cigarette paper. The VOCs were isolated from a standard solution or samp les using a headspace system, then identified and quantified by GC/MS under selective ion monitoring mode. The linear calibration curves were obtained with correlation coefficients ofmore than 0.999. The detection limits were in the range of 0.001~0.008 mg/m2. The average recoveries ranged from 90.18% to 101.21% with RSD of less than 4%. The method is simp le, rapid, rep roducible and accurate, and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of VOCs in cigarette paper.
