摘要 目的:探讨FOCUS超声刀在复杂甲状腺开放手术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年1月收治的465例复杂甲状腺开放手术患者的临床资料,根据是否使用FOCUS超声刀分为超声刀组(330例)和传统组(135例)。比较2组的术中出血量、术后24 h引流量、手术时间、术后并发症发生率及住院时间。结果:超声刀组与传统组相比,术中出血量、术后24 h引流量减少,手术时间、住院时间缩短(t=26.278、22.752、23.715、14.394,P均<0.001);术后出血、一过性声音嘶哑、一过性饮水呛咳、暂时性低钙麻木或抽搐的发生率均降低(P均<0.05)。结论:FOCUS超声刀在复杂甲状腺开放手术中能明显减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间和减少术后并发症的发生,具有显著优势。 Aim:To study the application value of FOCUS harmonic scalpel in complex open thyroidectomy .Methods:A total of 465 cases who were to undergo complex open thyroidectomy were divided into FOCUS group (330 cases) and tradi-tion group(135 cases).The intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative draining volume,the operation time, postoperative complications and the hospital stay after surgery of the two groups were compared .Results:Compared with tradition group , intraoperative bleeding volume , postoperative draining volume , the operation time and the hospital stay after surgery in FO-CUS group reduced(t=26.278,22.752,23.715,14.394,P〈0.001).The rates of postoperative bleeding ,postoperative transi-ent hoarseness , temporary drinking water choking cough , and temporary low calcium causing numbness or convulsions de-creased in FOCUS group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:FOCUS harmonic scalpel in complex open thyroidectomy has a clear ad-vantage in intraoperative bleeding volume , the operation time , and postoperative complications after surgery .
