摘要 总结了离子膜法烧碱装置节能改造的措施及效果,包括:循环冷却水节能改造,采用膜法脱硝工艺替代钡法脱硝,氯气液化机组改造,副产蒸汽氯化氢合成炉的应用,化盐系统改造。 Measures for energy-saving innovations in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda facility were summarized as well as the effects. The measures included energy-saving innovations in circulating water, substitution of membrane process for barium-based process to remove sulfate, improvements in chlorine liquefaction set, application of hydrogen chloride synthetic furnace with byproduct steam, and transformation of salt-dissolving system.
