摘要
目的:通过对院前检查中心业务流程的调整,改变病人入院模式,提升床位周转率及降低住院平均日。方法:通过对院前检查中心小规模的试用,进而持续改进优化,实现全院推广应用。结果:通过对其应用,改变对病人的服务模式,从被动服务变为主动为病人服务,提升医院对病人的医疗服务质量。结论:通过不断探索,摸索出一套行之有效的院前管理模式,促进更多病人进入院前检查管理中心,实现医院病人双赢局面,全面提升医院管理水平及服务能力。
Objective:Through the adjustment of business process of pre—hospital examination center,the admission mode of patients is changed,the bed rotation rate is improved and the average days in hospital are reduced.Method:Through the small-scale trial of the pre—hospital examination center and the continuous improvement and optimization,it is promoted and applied in the whole hospital.Results:Through the application,the service mode of patients is changed from passive service to active service for patients,and the quality of medical service of hospital for patients is improved.Conclusion:Through the continuous exploration,an effective pre-hospital management mode is explored,more patients are encouraged to enter the pre—hospital examination management center,the win—win situation of the hospital and patients is realized,and the hospital' s management level and service ability are improved comprehensively.
