小剂量CT影像引导下肺部肿瘤微创治疗效果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Lung Tumor under the Guide of Low dose CT Image

摘要 目的探讨小剂量CT影像引导下肺部肿瘤微创治疗的效果。方法收集2013年1月至12月我院收治的100例肺部肿瘤患者资料,将患者随机均分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者在常规剂量CT影像引导下进行微创治疗,观察组患者在小剂量CT影像引导下进行微创治疗。观察并比较两组患者在肺部肿瘤微创治疗疗效。结果两组患者在不同剂量CT引导下对肺部肿瘤影像学图像的质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在减小剂量过程中,会出现一定的噪声和伪影的波动对影像学图像造成影响,但图像差异不大。小剂量CT引导下患者肺部肿瘤微创治疗有效例数为42例,有效率为84.0%,常规剂量CT引导下患者肺部肿瘤微创治疗有效例数为34例,有效率为68.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量CT影像引导下肺部肿瘤微创治疗效果较为明显,能减少肺部肿瘤患者接触到的辐射剂量。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low dose CT image guided tumor minimal y invasive lung.Methods 100 patients with lung tumor from 2013 January to December in our hospital,were divided into the observation group and the control group.Control group underwent minimal y invasive treatment in image of routine dose of CT guided minimal y invasive treatment,patients in study group were treated with low dose CT in image guided.The two groups were observed and compared the curative effect of minimal y invasive treatment of lung tumors.Results Two groups of patients with different dose of CT guidance on lung tumor imaging quality image difference does not have statistical significance(P&gt;0.05).In the lower dose in the process,there wil be some noise and artifact fluctuations on the radiographic images caused by the impact,but the image difference is smal .Low dose CT guided minimal y invasive treatment of patients with lung cancer effective cases 42 cases,efficiency of 84.0%, routine dose of CT guided minimal y invasive treatment of patients with lung cancer effective cases 34 cases,efficiency is 68.0%,there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Low dose CT image guided minimal y invasive lung tumor treatment effect is significant,can reduce the radiation dose to the lung cancer patients exposed to.
