摘要 目的:设计一种新型内窥镜视频系统,实现视频的无线传输功能,方便多人对手术过程进行实时观察、记录和回放。方法:采用高分辨率CMOS图像传感器MT9P031作为图像采集设备,将内窥镜观测到的光学信号转换为电信号,再由多媒体处理器TMS320DM368进行数字处理,获得清晰稳定的图像,在手持主机的LCD液晶显示屏上显示,也可通过无线网络传输至PC机。结果:本系统操作简单,并将传统台车式内窥镜视频检测设备的光学系统、图像采集显示系统及冷光源系统等集成到一个小型的终端设备中,提高了系统的便携性。结论:新型内窥镜视频系统非常适用于内窥镜诊疗工作。 Objective: To Design a novel endoscopic video system. Methods: Using high resolution CMOS image sensor MT9P031 as the image acquisition equipment, the endoscope conversion optical signal into electrical signal. Trough the Multimedia processor TMS320DM368 for digital processing, it can obtain clear and stable image, and display on the LCD handheld host. It can also be transmitted through a wireless network to the PC machine. It can facilitate people observe, record and playback on operation process. Results: The system is simple to use. The traditional trolley type endoscope video detection device of optical system, image acquisition and display system and cold light source system is integrated into a small terminal equipment, and can improve the portability of the system. Conclusion: The endoscope video system is very suitable for endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
