摘要
目的通过临床观察验证颈性眩晕中医康复一体化方案临床疗效,讨论其优越性。方法将152例颈性眩晕患者按照临床路径纳入标准分类,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用颈性眩晕中医诊疗康复一体化方案治疗,对照组采用常规综合治疗。观察其症状、生活工作能力、社会心理适应能力等的变化。结果治疗组临床控制率63.33%优于对照组的38.33%（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后临床症状、工作能力、心理适应力的改善方面均较治疗前改善（均P〈0.05）。且治疗组第7日眩晕频率改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）,第14日治疗组的眩晕程度、频率、持续时间及心理社会适应能力改善均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）,第21日治疗组的眩晕程度、心理社会适应能力改善均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后期（1~3月随访）分析各方面均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。两组焦虑状态治疗后均较治疗前改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗中,两组未出现较严重不良反应。结论中医综合治疗措施治疗颈性眩晕疗效好、病程短,且复发率降低。
Objective： To evaluation the effect of diagnosis and treatment intergration scheme in cervical vertigo.Methods： 152 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was used the diagnosis and treatment intergration scheme and the control group was used the routine comprehensive therapy.Some indices were observed including the symptoms,the life and work quality and the mental adaptablity.Results： The clinical control rate of the treatment group with 63.33% was higher significantlu than that of the control group with 38.33%（P〈0.05）.After treatment,these indicators in 2 groups were improved such as the clinical symptoms,the work ability and the mental adaptablity（P〈0.05）.In the 7th day,the dizziness improvment of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.In the 14 th day,the degree,frequency and duration of vertigo and the social adaptability of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.In the 21 st day,the dizziness and the social adaptability of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the social adaptabilities in 2 groups were improved（P〈0.05）.Furthermore,the improvment in the treatment group was more obviouse（P〈0.05）.In the follow-up,these indicators in the treatment group were bettern than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is effectvie of TCM comprehensive therapy in the cervical vertigo,which is short course and low recurrence rate.
