无轴承交替极永磁电机最大合成悬浮力限幅控制

摘要 无轴承电机传统径向两自由度独立控制无法保证任意方向均可输出最大合成悬浮力。为解决传统控制策略的不足,提出最大合成悬浮力限幅控制策略,保证电机最大合成悬浮力任意方向相等,并在一台无轴承交替极永磁电机上进行仿真和实验验证,结果表明该方法的正确性。 Maximum resultant suspension force can not be obtained at any direction in bearingless motors by conventional independent control of two radial degrees of freedom. To overcome this disadvantage,the maximum resultant suspension force amplitude limit control which can achieve equal maximum resultant suspension force at any direction was proposed. Simulation and experiment results of a bearingless consequent- pole PMSM confirm the validity of the proposed new strategy.
