摘要
山西省昔阳县关山水库大坝沥青混凝土斜墙的施工工艺为:砂石料进入烘干机加热烘干,沥青及填料在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,两轮小平车运输至坝顶并由小卷扬机牵引运送到工作面,人工摊铺沥青混凝土,卷扬机牵引振动碾压实。施工中对原材料及各工序都作了试验、监测记录。
The construction procedures to repair the asphaltic concrete sloping core works of the Guanshan Reservoir＇s dam are as follows ： putting the sand and gravel materials into the drying apparatus, heating and drying them,evenly mixing asphalt and heated aggregate in the stirring machine, transporting the mixed materials to the dam crest by wheel barrow, pulling the asphaltic concrete to the working position by small cable hoist, artificially placing the asphaltic concrete and rolling it by a cablehoist vibrating roller. In the construction process, testing, monitoring and recording for raw materials and every construction procedure were conducted.
