摘要
航天测控设备种类结构复杂,长期以来主要依赖人工维护,缺乏通用有效的故障诊断方法。针对这一情况,在分析了测控系统故障诊断特点的基础之上,采用故障树分析法构建了面向航天测控系统的故障树模型,并阐述了建模方法和推理机设计原理及流程。最后,以航天测控系统故障诊断实例进行了方法验证。验证结果表明该方法效率高、可靠性好,可适用于目前大多数航天测控设备。
Complex aerospace control equipment mainly depends on manual maintenance for a long time,due to lack of common effective fault diagnosis. In response to this situation,a fault tree model for aerospace control systems was constructed with the fault tree analysis method after the basic characteristics of fault diagnosis for aerospace control systems were analyzed. The modeling methods and inference engine design principles & processes are described in this paper. A fault diagnosis example is adopted to validate the method. The results indicate that the method is efficient,reliable,and suitable for most current aerospace control equipments.
