摘要 针对风电机组倒塌事故频发的问题,综合塔筒材料和声发射技术在动态监测与评价方面的特点,探讨了声发射技术用于风电塔筒动态监测的可行性,研究了塔筒材料Q345E两种典型试样在外力作用下的应力变化曲线和对应的声发射特点,验证了Q345E材料的拉伸断裂机制与声发射特征参量的相关性。结果表明,预制缺陷的A组试样与B组相比,声发射信号的活动性更强烈,参数分布范围更广,材料在屈服和颈缩阶段有明显的声发射信号特征。 Aimed at the problem of frequent wind turbines collapses and based on the dynamic monitoring and evaluation of tower drum material and the acoustic emission technology,the feasibility of the acoustic emission technique in the dynamic monitoring of wind power tower drum was discussed,the curves of stress and the corresponding acoustic emission of two typical specimens of tower drum material Q345 Eunder the condition of external force were researched,and the correlation between the tensile failure mechanism of Q345 Eand the characteristic parameters of its acoustic emission was validated.The result showed that Group A of prefabricated defective samples,compared with Group B,had the intenser activity of acoustic emission signals,the wider distribution of parameters,and more obvious acoustic emission signals of material yield and necking.
